Sleepless in E Texas

I'm so sleepy I can hardly see to type. Heidi waked me at 5 a.m. Neighborhood dogs were barking and she joined in until about 6:30. Since I tend to go to sleep around 2 a.m., that is not enough sleep.
Now she is curled up in my recliner catching up on her ZZZZZ's.
Admonishing her to stop barking was like talking to the carpet. What to do?
I don't believe she would do this if she was penned in the bathroom at night like when she was younger, but I can't catch her. She watches me and knows when I am about to go to bed and she turns into a slippery eel.
